The Summer in Photos.........so far.

The following are snapshots and highlights of this summer. We've really enjoyed it so far. Renae is definitely the main event, so she kind of dominates this post. In fact, she probably will dominate this BLOG from now on. It's something I've been looking forward to, actually...joining the ranks of parenthood...as evidenced by all blog and Facebook activity revolving around my kid.

At the stake picnic...which took place on a ridiculously hot day... Darren and Alan took it upon themselves to soak everyone that they could, especially stake leaders.

The emergency shelter that Darren made aaalll by himself. It's made of rip-stop nylon and pitched using trekking poles and some string. The result: a super light-weight shelter perfect to bring on backpacking trips.
