Vacay

This past week we took our "big summer trip" out to see family. And by big, I don't mean long. We packed all the family fun we could into four-ish days; even though it was too short (aren't those trips always too short, though?), we enjoyed every minute of it.

The picture tour kicks off with THE PERFECT picture of Renae's Fake-Crying Face. You know she's faking it when her nose scrunches and you can see aaaaallll her pearly whites. Seriously. Looks pitiful, but sounds downright forced. Pretty funny.

That is a diaper on her head, complete with velcro straps done up underneath her chin.

Her dad is SOoo to blame for that one.

We saw a Heather...

And a Jocelyn and an Isaacs (and little Fetus! Well...didn't see the fetus, but there sure is one in that little Jocelyn tummy! Woot woot!)

Enjoyed the wading pool...note Renae's wet head. I think she took accidental nose dives into the water a total of three times while we were there. Miss Independent does not like to hold someone's hand unless she wants to, including when walking in water.

Yet another new Darren-look to add to my collection: shaved head and "summer beard." Yeesh. ;)
