If you've thinking of the movie version with Brandy, Whitney Houston, Whoopi Goldberg, and Jason Alexander...you would be right-on-the-money as far as what to expect....(well...minus the Caucasian father and African-American mother producing an Asian son...). But same music, same story. It's AWESOME! And super-family-friendly.
So this is my plug to any interested in an enchanting evening. Or matinee. I'm just a chorus member, so no need to make special plans to see my Broadway-breakthrough-performance...but if you're around and would enjoy a fun night of song and dance, come come come.

Tickets are $15...and can be bought through the school box office (see poster for miniscule phone number) OR THROUGH ME....which is the better way...because then the company gets more moola for costumes and doesn't loose the cut the box office shaves off. SO...let me know!

this is really tempting laura!! i love the score and my girls even know the songs! hmmm, i'll see if i can talk my hubby into it. we'd probably have to do a matine b/c we're 3 hrs from calgary!
