Firsts This Week.

-Renae's First Plane Ride! Renae and I got to fly to Calgary to visit the Lonsdale clan (and then some) this past week. She did awesome. She utilized my gigantic belly for sleeping and scarfed the plane snacks.

-Derek's First Melchizedek (um..sp?) Priesthood Ordination! My little bro was ordained on Sunday. Tear! So proud of that kid. A huuuuge thank you to a special Nana who made it possible for us to be there for the occasion! Absolutely priceless.

-The First Time We've Watched LOST on DVD! Borrowed Season 5 from friends so we could keep a-watching, uninterrupted, from where we've left off. Ask Darren what he did until 2:45am one morning while we were gone...

-Darren's First Weekend With Three Photo Shoots! He's happy as a clam.

-The First Time This Pregnancy That I've Officially Become Uncomfortable! Oh, the heartburn! 7 weeks and counting...So excited!

-The First Day of School for Darren! Yesterday he got new jeans. He is now, officially, prepared for his classes today. ;)

-My First Time Seeing Friend-Julia and Cousin-Kristen in FOR.EV.ER! Seriously awesome.

-Renae's First Time Discovering That She Has a Bellybutton! Her curiousity about it was beyond hilarious. She can now successfully point out that, and her nose. So SO funny.

-The First Time We "Hiked" (Walked?) McKinnon Flats outside Calgary.

Derek to a grumpy, sleepy Renae: "Want to hold my hand?"

Renae: "Ya."

Renae: "zzzzzzz...."
